I'm going to make a big fat juicy steak for thanksgiving. Making a huge turkey is just to much for one person.

Ham is good, or a roast chicken, if you have a small group. We're doing crab legs at our house.

You do not have to have A Turkey, you have other options like Ham and Chicken. You could even just buy a rotisserie style chicken from your bakery if it is just a few people attending. You can pick some of your favorite dishes through out the year, and make them for Thanksgiving if you want to go a bit untraditional. Just Think how many different dishes can be made from Potatoes alone? Play it up some. I even seen a recipe for stuffing from a box. They have mix in Ideas, like apple, bacon, tomatoe and green onions, mushroom, cheese, carrots, orange, sausage, corn or pear. Here is the website and it tells you what to do. It is really that simple.
