Starting training at Petsmart?

Does anyone work at Petsmart? I just started and I got training, but I gotta do this survey... where I have to walk around and ask questions and write down things in the store. Has anyone done this before? I'm worried I'm going to mess up. It's my first job, so I don't know what I'm doing... help?
