I have been.
I buy a book a week to save for when stamps go up in price in the future.
They call them 'Forever' stamps, but I think there is actually a deadline for their use.

I've never heard of a forever stamp. If they call them 'forever' stamps, then why do they have deadline?

I never heard of them. I'm sure there will be a deadline for them, then after that, you'll have to add the additional one-cent stamps when postage goes up...again.
