Is there an online database of weeklies that regularly publish freelance comics and columns?

I'm primarily interested in alt-weeklies and the best source would at least have web-addresses and snail-mailing addresses [and maybe contact names]. Thanks!

There are a lot of freelance comics that go up daily, twice weekly, or three times weekly over at www.drunkduck.com and www.lulu.com
