Report him to the boss at your local police station, tell him you're gonna go to the press.....or just punch him in the face!! You might go to prison for a while but it'd be worth it!
I hate coppers....they're all w*nkers!!

If a police officer is after you, either you did something terribly wrong, or the officer is just going bersek. Either way, you are asking for help in the wrong place. I would call the police station and speak to internal affairs.

Call the police department he is working for and report him by name and badge number if possible. It has to be documented from the beginning... and every time you have an issue... dates, times, and accurate description of the incident. I'm sorry you are having problems. Whatever you do... don't break the law since he has made you his project.

Call the internal affairs department of your city's police department. Report the harrassment. Also write a letter to the Mayor. They will put a stop to it.

File a complaint stating all the resons you believe he is after you (give as much solid proof you have - copies of course). If things appear to be as you say, they will conduct an investigation. If they question him, he will most likely stop for fear of losing his job. That is unless he is unstable, then you might get it worse.
