Yes I have.

I recently turned a blind eye to a disruptive employee just so my supervisor could see the damage they were causing too.

I know I should have reprimanded them, but I wanted to make a statement.

The greater good did prevail though. Not only did that employee get terminated, there was a sweeping policy change. This would not have happened if I would have corrected the issue when I first saw it.

P.S.
I wonder how many people actually know what Machiavellian intent is....lol

i do enough accidentally w/out intent,how being bad be considered good,I'm getting old and i can't remember where the key to the bathroom is,,hot o' we don't have a key to the bathroom
