Thats a good one. one I have a hard time with as well. I do believe however its part of being human. If we would all just take a step back and breathe we'd realize how good life can be. Dont stress over what you cant change and change what you stress over. Thats not saying you should let things get out of hand just address it as it comes and life is alot smoother. ENJOY LIFE AND DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder that too if we could just calm down for a second and breathe hehehe things are not that bad ....I try all the time I fight the complications in life all the time but sometimes its hard for others that really took chances in life say in relationships with another and have children etc... and they are so unhappy because they married the wrong person and plus have to raise the kids so they make their lives even more stressful because they stay in the marriage for the kids I know people like this all the time and their lives get even more complicated....we can't judge but learn from others and what they have gone through and try to be smart give support when we can but in the end only we have the power to create out lives put the fear aside and live and reach and be strong and happy and remember tomorrow is another day.........

Its ok, most people don't have a clue about life insurance, but at least you are taking the right steps to get some answers. You have to ask yourself what do you want the policy to do for you? Do you want a high face amount for a period of time so your income can be replaced to provide a roof over your kids head? (term) Or do you want a smaller face amount that is more permanent? Think about if you died what would you want to happen? You could probably consolidate your existing policy's into one policy and add a child term rider. Getting 5 to 10 times your income is the general rule of thumb. This will save you money and provide the protection you need. And never drop a policy until you get the new one in place.

its coz of wt v expect out of it. I feel an expectation can make anything complicated cof if we do not get wt we expect then v try & figure out y things didn't work & come up with diff reasions. These reasons, if not real, can simply complicate a situation or relationship.

Most of the time it is simply my perception of things going on around me that makes me try to complicate it..

Because it kind of is. There's so many things to take care of and keep track of and within each of those things there is a whole set of steps and formalities and technicalities.

But the trick is to just take things one step at a time.

Perception is reality. What one percieves is what is real for them. If it is a perception that life is complicated, then that perception will be perpetuated into reality for them.
