Hahahahaha! It's funny to me when people take that and they don't know what it is. It's really good for your immune system, just a little weird. Colostrum is the fluid that is high in antibodies that comes in before the breast milk comes in. It's thicker and really high in nutrients. Very good for you. Every animal that breast feeds has it. The one in your pills are probably from a cow. So, really, it's not much different than drinking milk (except it's much better for you).
They do sell human colostrum, which is the best, but it's really expensive.

It's usually a liquid, but the health effects should be the same. Be careful though, it does have a mild laxative effect.
