In my opinion, the official dish of Thanksgiving, should be changed to "Pasta al Carbonara."

We have no way of knowing what, exactly, the puritans of the "Mayflower" had for thanksgiving dinner; though I think we can safely assume that it wasn't very tasty....

Im having both Turkey and a nice Spiral ham with an orange glaze. or u could do a nice Pot Roast which alot of people like just as well as Turkey. Or a little of both like Im doing so that everyone is happy and left overs wont last more than a week either! LOL Happy Thanksgiving friend

Steak on the grill. We didn't go anywhere one year and we had a Fourth of July like meal of steak and salads and stuff. Great for a change. I cooked a turkey on Sunday so we'd have the left overs, though.
