NO, it is materialistic. Material items do not show love. A good, honest relationship shows true love.
Getting along with her friends that he does not like, going shopping with her, supporting her dreams, that is love.
Watching NASCAR with him, NOW THAT IS LOVE.

Id say its the preference of the woman. I personally would prefer a diamond over another stone. But it doesnt need to be a huge thing either! Its a symbol of the love u share- the ring is thru the heart not on the finger!

It's not important. It's the men who gives us a diamond engagement ring. I'd like just a simple white gold wedding band.

I don't think it necessarily has to be diamonds...I particular love gold! But in general my man's love is more important then anything material.

Yes. It shows that her man/fiance' really cares about her and wants to make her happy and show that they are one and belong together. Plus, name ONE woman who doesn't love diamonds-- Diamonds are a girls best friend!

no well just some kind of jewlery noting that your in that position. but i dont like dimonds...i know what kind of girl doesnt like them..but i would want to have at least a 30 dollar one so i can show people i am.
