Depends what she's good at. The GMAT math is harder, but the GRE verbal is harder. But a lot of what seems like hard math on the GMAT is just logic; she can learn that. The GRE math has a lot of interpreting charts. The GMAT verbal has reading comprehension, critical reasoning and sentence correction (multiple choice). The GRE verbal *I think* has reading comprehension, critical reasoning and vocabulary (not sure if they still have analogies like they used to on the SAT, or just fill-in-the-blank sentences). The GMAT has two half-hour essays, I believe the GRE also has two, but longer (40 or 45 minutes). I would say the GRE essays are marked harder. I think they're relatively similar otherwise.

I took the GMAT but not the GRE. I heard they are basically the same. Some said the GMAT has more math, and the math part did suck. I'd guess the GRE is easier, but for me I like math so it actually helped I think.

GMAT or GRE, pray "Dear G, ---or Jeez--support me!" What kinda miracle do you believe you'll be able to attain in 10 days!........along with your deficient math and poorer "Grammer" , each don't seem to be handy! Apply observe, no answer!

Hello!

I don't know anything about any one of those, but I think it's really sweet that you are asking for your girlfriend. That's really considerate of you.
