Yesterday was on off day, lots of real work to do. Today, I am 2 pages into Chapter V. The editors have Chapters I-IV. It might suck. They are stunned into silence. The publicist in Minnesota likes it, but he's on the payroll...

I'm certain it does not suck. The editors may be, not stunned, but rather...awe-struck. If the publicist likes it...he or she is being paid to make 'them' like it. Always remember (from a recent question we each answered), that you can always tell them to STFU if they have any criticism. It's worked before.......

Everything I have read of yours makes me feel but even more important it makes me think. Isn't that what 'writing' is supposed to do? No matter what, keep writing. Editors are notoriously silent, until they have a completed book, but unless they are telling you not to send any thing else, it looks very good. Never, ever stop writing, that would be wasting one of your precious gifts.

good job, try talking to him when he is off the clock, so that way you can get a real answer. if your writing it then i am sure that it will be great. you will probably go down in history like Edgar Alan Poe.
