History Channel is owned by A&E Television Networks which is jointly owned by ABC Inc., The Hearst Corp, & NBC Universal. Now ABC Inc is owned by Walt Disney Company which is a stocked owned company. The Hearst Corp is owned by William Randolph Hearst III. NBC Universal is owned 80% by GE and 20 % by French owned Vivendi SA.

So, to trace it back to where the dollar ends up is a combination of the shareholders of Walt Disney, William Randolph Hearst III, and to a lesser extent the shareholders of GE and a little to the shareholders of Vivendi SA.

Whew, hope that does it for you.

As the second answer has told you, it is owned by a corporation, not an individual. If you want to know who are the shareholders in that corporation, you will have to go to the jurisdiction in which the corporation is registered and inspect the register of shareholders I suspect that information will not assist for the page you were quoted shows that the owning corporation its self is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABC Networks Inc, the Hearst Corporation and NBC Networks Inc.

Further comment. Very few corporations of this size are owned by single individuals.

Further, further comment. In large corporations there isn't always a person at the top, so far as ownership is concerned. You comment shows very little knowledge of corporate structure. Corporations are owned by their shareholders, or stockholders. They may be many or few - today very often the majority shareholders are insurance and pension companies or professional investors. The ownership must be distinguished from the management of a corporation. At the head of the management team will be a Chief Executive but, whilst he may have stocks int he company, he does no own it.

TLC? Or Discovery. They all go together, but I'm not sure which one's the top.
