if ur equation reads 4(2x+1) = 27+3(2x+5)
=> 4(2x+1) = 27 +6x+15
=> 8x+4 = 42+6x
=> 8x-6x = 42-4
=> 2x = 38
=> x = 38/2
=> x = 19
if ur equation reads 4(2x+1) = 27 + 3(2x-5) then,
=> 8x+4 = 27 + 6x -15
=> 8x+4 = 12 +6x
=> 8x-6x = 12-4
=> 2x = 8
=> x = 8/2
=> x = 4

4(2x + 1) = 27 + 3(2x + 5) hey is it 2x+5 at last bracket
8x + 4 = 27 + 6x +15
then separate term and value
8x -6x = 27 + 15 - 4
2x = 38
x = 38/2
= 19

4(2x +1) = 27 + 3(2x-5) =
8x + 4 = 27 + 6x - 15 =
8x + 6x = 4 + 27 - 15 =
14x = 23 - 15 =
14x = 8 =
x = 7/4

your equation isn't quite right. in the second set of parenthesis, i think you forgot a plus or minus sign. 2x + 5? 2x - 5?
anyway, first you distribute the 4 to everything in the parenthesis, so you would have 8x+4=27+3(2x+5). Then you distribute the 3, so you'd get 8x+4=27+6x+15. then you add like terms, so you'd have 8x+4=6x+42. get X by itself, so subtract 42 and add 8x. remember that what you do to one side, you must do to the other. so subtract 42 gives you 8x-38=6x. then subtract the 8x to the other side giving you -38=-2x. then divide by -2x giving you the answer of x=19

8x+4=27+6x+15
2x=27+15-4= 38
x=19
is it 4(2x + 1) = 27 + 3(2x+ 5)?
or what is 3(2x 5) ?
if it is
4(2x + 1) = 27 + 3(2x -5)
so
8x+4=27+6x-15
2x=27-15-4= 8
x=4

Should there be a + sign between 2x and 5? If so, the previous answer is correct.
