I am thankful for family, friends, and the better health I have been able to enjoy over the past few months after the rough time I went through last spring.

The friends I've made, who have been there for me though they haven't known me for long. Compared to my old friends, they're super. Ha ha.
I'm also thankful for the guy who taught me to always take the chance while it's still there. Though we never got to reach the point of a 'proper' relationship he taught me to open up to people, and even though i rejected him countless times he was always there. I was horrible to him, and now thanks to him when I do find my person I'll value the relationship so much more.

My nieces,Grandma's health,my best friend finally staying sober,having friends who respect me and are there for me like I am them,being trustworthy,being alive and just having a good family and friends,music and UFC of course but all that comes later

That I've made it through this year with out any major episodes. I'm bipolar and last year was not too good for me.

my family, my friends, my home, my car that ive had for 8 years and is still running strong, my new job and new coworkers, and my ex bf (thankful he is now an ex)...
