I try to stick to a controlled diet (pre-pregnancy), keeping full seems to minimise cravings!
If it's sweets, I try to eat sweet things like grapes .. and try to satisfy cravings that way.
Sometimes though, I'd have an all out feast of whatever I was craving! If you're sticking to a diet, you can afford these minor set backs!
Right now, I'm craving profiteroles with melted galaxy chocolate on top. I shall indulge too as I'm pregnant. One of many decisions I will regret when this baby arrives and I have weight to lose!!!

I'm craving a Dulce de Leche and a brownie.
I satisfy the craving by heading to the Starbucks down the street :p

Pop. I think it's the most addictive thing in the world! I try to satisfy the craving by pouring flavored seltzer into a glass with a tiny bit of juice.

I just ignore it because if I take care of all my cravings I'd be as fat a a bear.
Right now I'm craving roasted chicken or duck for some reason...

well, when you have a craving... there's really only one thing you can do (or at least it's that way for me) Right now, I'm craving a full body massage....so much stress lately

I crave sweets and candy. Normally, I buy candy just to tide me over but I've also started baking so that has helped alot.

i crave all day long seeing as i am pregnant so i just eat.....and i am craving nachos and cheese with pizza right now.
