What is the average cost for leasing a businiess place?

I am doing a project and I need to know how much it will cost monthly to lease a place to put in a business.... Thanks

that will vary greatly depending on the square footage, geographic location and neighborhood location - middle of the block, vs. corner store, etc

That would depend upon so many variables that it's impossible to say. It could be as little as a few hundred per month to hundreds of thousands per month or more.

It depends on the sq. ft. or do you want a gross lease.
