There are plenty of herbal suppliments out there that claim that they can cause enlargement. However, because these are made out of herbs, they are not regulated by the FDA nor has it been tested for effectiveness or safety. So I would not waste your money on anything like this. I would also not waste your time on a pump, as if it even works at all, the effects are very temporary and using one can also be detrimental to your health. As far as penis enlargement surgery is concerned, this is also controversial. If you feel you have a problem, your best bet would be to talk to your urologist about it. Quit worrying about your dick and work on your grammar and punctuation. And don't worry about size. A normal penis 5-6 inches works fine. The magic is in the magician and not in the wand, right. God created you the way you are. Why would you want to make it longer? Don't listen to what people say about the size... The only females that want big large things are usually porn stars .. any decent woman would tell you that. It's not the size that matters... it's how you do it. Normal females don't want large .... get yourself a decent girl and size won't be an issue :)

Using penis pumps can make it have a larger diameter, as can special surgery. However, these are both very painful. Nothing known increases length.
