There is an equation known as the Drake Equation that can compute the chances of a planet having intelligent life capable of communication in the Milky Way Galaxy.
N = R* × fp × ne × fl × fi × fc ×L
In which:
N is the number of civilizations in the Milky Way which we might be able to communicate with.
R* is the average rate of star formation in the galaxy.
fp is the fraction of those stars that have planets.
ne is the average number of planets that can support life per star.
fl is the is the fraction of planets that go on to support life.
fi is the fraction of those that go on to support intelligent life.
fc is the fraction of those civilizations that release signals that signal to their being there into space.
L is the length of time they release those signals into space.
We don't really know these values, but we can estimate them. Here are the values used by Drake and his colleagues.
R* = 10/year
fp = 50%
ne = 2
fl = 100%
fi = 1%
fc = 1%
L = 10,000 years
Which, when we plug those in, gives:
10 × 0.5 × 2 × 1 × 0.01 × 0.01 × 10,000 = 10 civilizations
Note that these are only estimates, and the equation is only a guess.

Look at the testimony of top Government officials coming out recently.
Generals and officers who ran military bases with nuclear weapons have been coming out recently discussing how these craft have been landing near or scanning directly our nuclear weapons storages at those bases.
Other Top Ifficials have been saying that visitors/alien life have been here for quite a while.
There is no question if they exist - the question is when will the U.S. Government admit they exist and that they have recovered crashed craft.
The fact is that they will never admit that due to the 60+ year cover-ups that have been going on.
Not to mention the technology they have from the crashes. They have back engineered enough of it to create their own secret craft and to create new technologies that bleed out into the public ever so slowly in new items.
The problem is with National Defense - these craft and what they offer far outweigh ever revealing the truth to the public.
Its always about power and profit.
Never forget that

The universe is so large, that to pretend like we are the only life out there would be ignorant, yes there is life on other planets, however the chances of you coming across any aliens is highly unlikley

Aliens somewhere in the universe? Sure. It's a big place, and we know life evolved at least once. Aliens visiting Earth? No. It's a big universe. Far too big to expect someone to come all the way here to do ... whatever people claim they are doing.

The only evidence we have of life on other planets is Mars - There have been some fossilized reminisce of single cell organisms found. The universe is HUGE though, so we may never know the answer to that question.

Yes, the probablities indicate that it has to be so. For example there are approximately 50 billion planets. The odds are in favor of it being a viable thing.
