I am 9 weeks and I have been told to start sleeping on the left side, but everyone is going to have a different answer on this one. I have heard of women sleeping on their stomach the whole time, I guess just ask your OB

It's OK for now, but I would start sleeping on your side, Use a body pillow, if you have a hard time staying off your tummy. I think it can cause the baby loss of oxygen, when on your tummy. Check with your doctor, if uncertain

you know thinking about it..lol it is worrisome but...my doctor did tell me it is ok. i would wake up on my stomach with both pregnancys until i was like 5 months pregnant and freak out...lol my doctor said its alright it just gets uncomfortable for you. fall asleep on your left side which gives baby the best oxygen, if you wake up on your tummy it is totally fine! i promise!
