if they are charged with neglect or worse murder would you ask for your donation back from the fund what was set up

I did not donate either.
I'm guessing that IF they were found to be actively involved (and I don't think that they are) they could also be charged with fraud.
As for refunds, well I'm guessing that the fund would be then seized by the police and you would have to make an official claim.

No, I wouldn't. I did donate to the fund.
You need to ask the question on here of who donated to the fund. Not many could say that they did but they will still say what should happen to it.

No, I never contributed either but the money was intended to help find the little girl and not for her parents. What an excellent questions, have a star. Maybe they would use the money to help other missing children if this is the case.

I never contributed, but if I had then no I wouldn't want the money back, but I would want a promise that the money would be donated to a childrens charity!

How could anybody ask for their money back from such selfless people ? For goodness sakes, they were so riven with distress they went on a publicity tour leaving their twins behind, so unable they were to be parted from the children they so love. Leave these poor people alone, people are just being so not fair to them. The whole thing is just .............so ludicrous !!
