Well that would depend upon the neighbor?
Have you ever had any real contact other than a passing in the hall?
If so that would not be inappropriate, but ma bey make it into a gift basket...
Ya know like have some Tylenol....some Vick's....A thermometer ....
Make it seem like it is a protection basket for the winter ...and drop the snore stop in there as well.
People respond Better to things that are not blatantly obvious, especially coming from a neighbor.
Good Luck... and Merry Christmas!!!!

That's a tough situation, but if you were to buy it for him there are two ways you could give it to him: 1. Go the honest route, and tell him straight up that you are bothered by his snoring but would like to help him with it. 2. Leave it anonymously.
Good luck.

Rude? Yes!!!!
Buy yourself a Christmas present. There is a unit that uses "white sound" or natural sounds that definitely help disguise those less than pleasant night time noises. I have one next to my bed--my son has so many snorish sounds at night that in 15 years I haven't gotten used to any of them!

It may not be rude,
but he might take it offensively depending on what kinda guy he is.
When you give it to him, come up with an excuse like "I was buying this for my cousin but she already has one, so I'm giving it to you instead.", Or something like "Sorry, it was the best thing I could find at the gift shop that my cousin works at!"
It may still offend him (again depending on what kinda person he is) but it's the best you can do without being totally rude.

lol that's funny. I would buy him somthing but not something for his snoring. Buy him something simple just to be nice. People really appreciate the little things, especially when they aren't expecting them. It would probably make his day :)

Buy him a nice gift and attach a letter of concern (write all your complaints) after the greetings in a Christmas card.

He's the one who is going to be embarassed not you.. But I gguess you can also talk to him in a friendly manner.. But talking rarely makes any difference.. It depends on how long you can bare it.. Just talk to him, and buy something nice for his house as a cristmas present..

Your neighbor's snoring keeps you awake? My god, sign him to a contract and sell him to the circus.
