male brain thinks abt sex every 3 mins.
so it is perfectly natural to have erection when u feel sexy.
dont worry. it also depends on ur age. when u are newly exposed to anything erotic, u are bound to get erection very often becoz it also stays on ur mind.
after some time, either u will get used to having erection often or then u wudnt have erection coz that thing wont be sexually enticing for u anymore.
its all psychological. dont get concerned

Depends on how old you are and what sort of stimuli, if any, causes it. If you are at strip club every hour then yes. If you are 16 and always looking at the hot girl sitting next to you, then yes. But if you're 35 and working on your taxes and it happens every hour, then probably something is wrong.
