Question

In a pool complex, can I add regular stairs, as opposed to the spiral stairs, ramps, and pedastal?
Just a yes and an explanation or a no is all I need.

No; they have to be pool stairs (including going up to the slides). The peeps won't be able to walk on regular stairs or ramps if they're in the pool area.
