I enjoy boxing, karate, and the like. Those are sports I understand. I watch just as often if it's women. I know Kenpo, and have joined tournaments (although I suck at sparring - too slow, so I did forms instead). I became interested in these sports when I was little and watched with my dad (although I never did get football). When I left my abusive ex and needed to learn to defend myself, I knew exactly where to go. Now I know how to kick a**, but I prefer to resolve conflict in non-violent ways. That doesn't stop me from getting out a little frustration on the bag, or watching a match or tournament. Vicarious thrills, you know...I imagine the loser is named Robert. LOL

I'm a woman, and I do not enjoy (or understand) most sports like football, basketball, etc. but I do like watching Sumo wrestling, it pits 2 men of strength against each other, no fake moves like american wrestling. It's a sport of honor and the wrestlers are respectful to each other and fair.. (and no, I do not have a fetish about big guys in diapers) I also like nascar, and do understand baseball. I don't care for boxing, too violent.

Adore rugby.
Like football (soccer).
Passionate about golf.
Sailing- well doing that since I was young.
Squash- too sweaty for me.
Tennis- I like.
Badminton- great sport.
Point to point- I really like.
Fencing- Never could get the hang of that.
Hockey- great game.

Im a woman, and my favorite sports are Basketball, baseball, football, boxing and UFC fighting... Im a die hard sports fan!
i know that most girls arent really into boxing, but I love it!!! I was a die hard contender fan, and I chose Sakio Bika to win it all and he did i was sooo pumped!
i dont play any of those sports though, i was always a tap/ballet/jazz dancer.. so maybe im just different i dont know!? but then again i did grow up with primarily my dad and brother.. maybe that has something to do with it!

I think that most women do not like to watch boxing, it is too physical and we do not like to see people being hurt to such extent.
I love sports, and will watch anything really except golf and boxing

i think most women don't have the patience for a lot of sports, most that i know don't but we watch european sports, soccar and stuff like that which are a lot slowing than american sports, i prefer sports that are more fast paced like boxing, but i prefer womens boxing, i also like the snooker and pool turnaments they show here in Ireland and Britain
