Prince Fielder. He carried his team and he has numbers close to A-Rod's. Rollins had a great year but so did Curtis Granderson, the other 20 20 20 20 guy. Holliday got the attention during the post season, but Fielder had it locked during the regular season. The fact that his team didn't quite make it this year is irrelevant because they weren't supposed to be in it at all and Fielder is the reason that they were.

Holliday wins it because he and rollins had similar #s, but hollidays team made it to the world serie and beat the phillies, also they made the crazy run where they won twenty straight. But heres why he won't win, rollins will win because he is a SS and hes on the East Coast, West Coast gets no respect they never win frickin anything

Fielder! Just cause I am a Brewers Fan....but, otherwise, I think it's a toss up! All are well deserving, and Holliday did help the Rockies get to the WS. But, if it weren't for my Brewers beating the Padres...they Rockies wouldn't have had a chance.... ;) So, to be all honest, I hope its Fielder, but, if Holliday takes it, then its all good too.

It takes a generous and winking definition of "West Coast" to include Denver within it, but what the heck... it lets us include Phoenix too.
Going back to only 1993, when the Rockies entered the league, here are NL "west coast" major award winners:
ROY -- 1993 (Piazza, LAD), 1994 (Mondesi, LAD), 1995 (Nomo, LAD), 1996 (Hollandsworth, LAD), 2002 (Jennings, COL) (and stretching just a li'l bit more, we have 1992 going to Karros (LAD)).
CYA -- 1999 (Johnson, ARZ), 2000 (Johnson, ARZ), 2001 (Johnson, ARZ), 2002 (Johnson, ARZ), 2003 (Gagne, LAD), 2006 (Webb, ARZ), 2007 (Peavy, SD).
MVP -- 1993 (Bonds, SF), 1996 (Caminiti, SD), 1997 (Walker, COL), 2000 (Kent, SF), 2001 (Bonds, SF), 2002 (Bonds, SF), 2003 (Bonds, SF), 2004 (Bonds, SF). And maybe 2007 goes to Holliday (COL) though we won't know for a few more hours.
That's a pretty good collection of hardware, all five NL West teams well-represented despite the obvious top-heaviness imposed by Bonds and Johnson. I don't see where the voters are "east coast biased" in the NL.
Oh, just for fun, the NL Manager Award:
1993 (Baker, SF), 1995 (Baylor, COL), 1996 (Bochy, SD), 1997 (Baker, SF), 2000 (Baker, SF), 2007 (Melvin, ARZ).
Summing up, over a 15-year period:
ROYs -- five (plus one immediately preceding).
CYAs -- seven, to four different recipients.
MVPs -- eight (of 14) to four different recipients, and maybe one more.
Mgrs -- six, to four different recipients.

Oh yes, I'm picking Rollins, but don't care if I've guessed wrong. Should be a close vote, but not nail-bitingly so.

Rollins, if you look at the numbers he did it ALL
Avg, Homers, Rbis, Runs, SBs great defense
Holliday had the Power and Avg but Rollins had to lead the Phillies basically by himself
