A.J. is dead but if he were alive why would he kill his own sister?
A.J.'s death:
A.J. resurfaced in 2005 with another plot to get Michael back. He hired mobster Faith Roscoe to kidnap Sonny's children. The two younger children were returned unharmed, but Michael was presumed dead. A.J. tried to turn around his son's thinking, as he was essentially a mini-Sonny. For a time, Michael seemed to warming up to him. A.J. planned to take Michael out of the country. Alan, who was sympathetic, initially helped A.J. but turned him in after seeing A.J.'s willingness to commit violence to get his own way. A.J.'s back was broken when Jason tried to apprehend him. He was smothered in the hospital by Dr. Asher Thomas, a man who he had blackmailed. In a rewrite of history to undo an unpopular choice in making Michael A.J.'s murderer, A.J. had asked Thomas to kill Jason years earlier when Jason was brain damaged after the accident A.J. had caused. He didn't want Jason to be a vegetable. Thomas did not succeed in killing Jason (in fact, the attempt on Jason's life may have actually caused his brain damage since A.J. must always be the villain), but A.J. used his willingness to do so to blackmail him years later. After A.J.'s murder, Michael was suspected of killing him for a time.

I think Coop killed Leticia, Emily and tried to strangle Carly.

In a soap opera, if the body is never recovered, they are never dead "for sure"! I don't think it is AJ though, because Michael being his biological son, why would he kill his nanny?
I personally think either Coop or Jerry is the strangler of Leticia (Although I do think Emily was killed by A.Z.) or that they are somehow working together. Don't forget, Coop was "Three" during the hostage crisis, and I heard Jerry call him Three again the other day during the Ball. I saw a spoiler that said Georgie is the next to die "The devil in blue is coming for you", which I would assume means a cop. I also heard one that said (for last week) watch who has their sleeves rolled up- I saw Jerry, Johnny, and Logan. I seriously do not think they would make Logan the killer- there are too many long-term possible storylines for him and LuLu. There are some rumors of a connection between Brenda Barrett and Cooper- and who caught the other day when Sonny was talking about leaving his fiancee at the altar? That was BRENDA......What if Jax is really Cooper's father? Or Sonny is? Or Brenda isn't really dead? Awhile back there were a lot of rumors about Brenda's possible return....
I figure it's either that or Johnny is the real killer and he is just as whacked out as his father, or Alcazar really isnt' dead and he is back for revenge.

I am pretty sure that AJ is dead. Didn't he fall from the second floor in the Quartermaine house and die in the foyer? I can't remember for sure if he was shot before being shoved or falling? I don't think that there is supposed to be an obvious connection. It seems pretty random, but I do think that more than one person was killing people off. I don't think Letisha was killed by AZ, but I do think he stabbed Ric and I know he shot Layla.

A connection? possibly. the comparable human being? unquestionably not. AJ's historic previous on GH is merely too nicely-documented and all of us know Franco is going decrease back some approaches with Ronnie (Dante's chum) whilst they have been youthful.

I just said the same thing.
If I am right and Helena is behind the Emily "Killing" giving her the same drug as she once gave Leslie Webber to fake her death, then why could she not have done the same thing to AJ who was smothered to death.
I would love it if the "death" of Emily was the set up for a return of the Quartermains to the center stage

I think it is Lucky, he snapped and now is going around killing everyone. Or maybe Logan is setting Coop up to take the fall. Logan did something bad in Iraq and seems to be violent with women. Couldn't be Jerry, he was too weak to strangle Carly. But maybe it is just Nicolas.

I doubt it. WHy would he kill Emily of all people? Why would anyone kill Emily. The only person with motive for that would be Helena and I doubt that she was there. It had to be AZ. Who else would do it unless it was a convenience and she was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Are you serious? They've already taken enough petty shots at his character the last couple go-arounds; they don't need to bring him back and piss on him some more.
I do hope he turns up alive someday, but not until the hacks that are running the show get fired and replaced by someone who actually knows the Quartermaine history and won't sacrafice it on the altar of St. Jasus.

I think people are looking for a connection between the victims, and there may not be one. It seems random to me. What about the connection between the victims that are still alive...Ric, Leyla, Carly??? I think this is just supposed to turn out as a huge surprise to everyone!!!

That would be a very good twist. I have always wanted them to bring him back. His therapist smothered him but for a while they thought little Michael had killed him. I think he wouldn't kill Emily, she was his sister and truly did love her. I think Cooper is the killer, he is targeting Sonny's family because Sonny is blackmailing him to work for the PCPD because he knows he is 3.
