Really it is hard for me to pick just one since no rapper has great talent in all catagories of rap , but I think no rapper has the flow like BIG and as far as lyricist I choose Andre 3000 now for content just like big with flow Pac owns this part .

This question is not even worth askin cause everybody got there own opinion on what they like, to me I love punchline rappers ( J hood, Chino XL) and I grew up on the east coast. To me tho Immortal Technique or papoose take it.
