You see, We're going on holiday in May next year and we intend on getting lashed up, go to quiz nights, play tennis and things. How can we do all that, and more, with a 3yr old and twins without using, on site baby sitters?

I would suggest getting a baby sitter or putting some of those things off until your children are grown. They should be your top priority not an obstacle to overcome so you can party. The fact that you are even considering giving your children sedatives so you can party is pretty irresponsible. I think you should talk to a therapist and perhaps a parenting coach. Those babies are your responsibility - you are supposed to be teaching them that they are special, loved and being an example on how to act. If you cannot do that, perhaps you should consider giving them up for adoption so they can get the love and protection that they deserve. There is nothing shameful about that - shameful would be allowing something bad to happen to them because you're too proud or irresponsible to take care of them like they should be. Good luck!!!
