Biggest disappointment to whom?! To the fans of the game, I would say Bonds. He took an advantage for financial gain and glory. Forget the legalities, he knew that sooner or later this was going to be wrong, but he took the advantage anyway.

Vick - the bigger disappointment as an overall person. To abuse defenseless animals, to beat and torture them and kill them in the name of "sport?!" - there is no excuse. This was not for glory or really for money as much as it was a power trip. Even though it gives his sport a black eye -it gives the human race a bigger black eye - it was truly the biggest disappointment.

Without a question Michael Vick, Bond has had a career he can be proud of even with this steroid cloud ,, but Vick my god he was just getting started, what a fool with all the thing to get in trouble for,,, dog fighing ,,, and the sad part about that is why did'nt one of his so call boys step up and take the weight for it , swear that he was the one who ran it and that Mike did not have any thing do do with ,gone to jail for a few years and i am sure Vick would have rewarded him handsomely ,it may have been a lie but vick would still be playing football..

Disappointment is to kind a word. Disgust is more like it. I'd pick Vick slightly over Bonds. Torturing and killing defenseless animals is about as low as a human being can get. Vick reported early to jail today to try and soften up the judge. Perhaps he thinks that we show some degree of remorse. I don't think so. He's figuring to start his jail time early in order to be ready for football camp next season. The reality is, he could care less about the dogs he killed.

Bonds also disgust me because he knowingly took steroids in order to take unfair advantage over his peers. Cheaters never win in the long run.

Michael Vick. We all knew that Barry Bonds was cheating. I lost all reespect when I found out what he had done. But I think that he should get a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance. Except Bonds, he already had his second chance.

Barry Bonds. There were those of us who kept hoping that he would mature into a decent guy. Then we found out that he was even worse than he appeared to be. What a great player to be such a no good. Vick is no catch, but he didn't let millions of kids down, either.

Tormenting animals is, to my eye, just behind abuse of children in heinousness. Inflicting suffering on the powerless is revolting if not inexcusably evil. Taking pleasure or profit from such actions? Either get a rope or throw away the key.

PED users want to play better and win more. The actions are of dubious merit but the motivation is clear and spot-on with the nature of a competitive enterprise.

Bonds because most us of thought that he was HOF even without the steroids and since he used them he will never be.
Vick was a mediocre- at- best quarterback who after all was said and done would never be considered to be listed among the best at his position.
