What type of job will pay me $20 an hour or more entry level?

I have Advanced computer skills, experience with database construction and management and am moving to Reno NV

no much without a 4yr college degree or Microsoft certification/ MCSE type coursework and a couple of years as a network admin/engineer

Without a degree, chances are slim. The decent IT jobs almost always look for a degree. About your only shot is to become the IT person at a small company that only has one person doing all the IT work, if you are capable of that.
