it always happens they move on while there prospects are still good,that is why its called a lame duck presidency

Hopefully they realize the current administration continue to lead us in the wrong direction (It's better to wake up late than not at all) and of course time is of essence, the need to find a new job is most important. Perhaps they do not want to be affiliated with the current administration when/If they are held accountable for past deeds.

I believe it because the President is out of control and when his term is over he and anyone left will be charged with corruptionor something.They are trying to get as far away from him as they can before the ball drops. Bush has brought this country down so low that we are a laughing stock all over the world.He seems to be for himself and not for the people.

Cuz he's been in office almost 7 yrs now. With only 15 months left to go, the advisors are out getting new employment.

It's not more then usual by the end of a term. They just shift to another highly paid government position, with better chances to suck up to the next guy. Most of them haven't worked a day in their lives, so sucking up to a political power broker is all they know.

They are moving on to new jobs in the private sector before his term expires. This is typical at the end of a president's 2nd term.

People get tired of their jobs.

In this case, they know they will be out of a job within 14 months, so if something better comes along now, it's a good time to go.
