i work for chrysler service dept.. more likely is a window regulator..should be around $300.00 repair..you will have 1.5 hours up to 2.0 hours time for repair..my shop is $78.00 per hour. so that will give you $156.00 max labor..you should not pay for more than 2.0 hours of labor, or someone is ripping you off...part ranges in price which should give you your total....

hope i helped..

Take a rubber hammer and hit the door under the inside panel while the engine is running and the window switch is pushed in the up position. The motor is probably just stuck. We did this when I was working at a Chrysler dealer. It worked about 95% of the time. Good luck and happy Thanks Giving.

first make sure all the fuses are good,do so by checking that other windows are working properly.next ask yourself if the switch feels the same as when it was working ok.it may be the window motor/regulator
as a "quick fix"press the window switch.if you hear the motor trying to lift/or work
keep pressing the swich and tap on the door panel.or if you can hold the glass pull up so you get the motor running.it is not guaranteed to work but tryi it anyway.it will run you about 90.00 for the part and about 1.5 hors in labor
