Slow down a minute girl. AP in middle school! That's outrageous unless it's just using "AP" and not part of the official AP program.....anyways IT'S A QUIZ! It won't be worth so much....you really shouldn't spend more than 20 or so minutes studying for quizzes anyway because it becomes overkill....tests are the important part. Central America in Geography? Just look over the chapter real quick or even gloss over the chapter summary and it should be enough FOR A MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT!

You're in AP and don't know the difference between a quiz and a test? Not having a study buddy is no excuse. You knew this was coming and you should have started studying for it a long time ago. It's not like the test was announced yesterday.

OK,. Think of your Canada quiz. What sort of questions - Climate? Physical Geography? Principal exports? Poulation? You need to focus on the countries of Central America. in these same areas. In one hour you're not going to get a lot of detail ,so try a few major facts about each country, and pray hard. Hope this helps, and God bless you.

I may not be able to give you a quick fix for your existing problem apart from good wishes but if you want to improve your memory then do read a book by Tony Buzan 'Mind Mapping".
It has helped me and I am sure will help you too.
Secondly, I will recommend to always get some sleep before your exam otherwise you loose grip on your recall memory.

Good luck for your quiz.

You better get reading. You need to make a action plan of all the activities you will participate in each day at the beginning of the week and give yourself a time for each. Organization love. Good luck, keep your head high and pay attention.
