If you haven't slept in the same bed for three years, then she should be figuring it out for herself why you want a divorce, it's plain as day, your not getting your needs filled at home, so it would be quite obvious that you have met someone else, or are just sick of the situation. That's up to you if you want to tell her about the other woman, but why bother?, just let her figure it out for herself.

Simply tell her "WHY" you want the divorce. She has the right to know why. It's her divorce, too.
Are you getting the divorce because you are have found someone else .. or .. are you getting the divorce because you have not shared the same bed room?
She will be awfully hurt to know you have another lady.
Did she think that everything was ok in your marriage? Was this announcement a shock to her?
She will eventually find out that you have someone new.
Only you know your real circumstance in your marriage. Hurt her a less you can.

Honesty at this point is best but don't say things for the sake of hurting her. Just stay the course and leave on the best terms possible.

She already knows, she just wants you to admit it. I wouldn't tell her. I would just tell her you want a divorce because you don't have a marriage anymore and that you both deserve to be happy and apparently you two just aren't happy anymore. There is no need to make her feel worse about it.

No just tell her you moved on. She will found out eventually and that's gonna crush her enough. Just tell her you've had enough and your just not happy. Why stay in a marriage with someone that doens't want you meaning she'll probably say i'll change.. no you dont' want her eitherway. Goodluck!

Even though it seems that your marriage has been failing for some time, be a better person and tell her the truth!

Well you should have waited till you had decicided to leave or not before finding someone else, but yes be honest. Why should you lie? To spare her feelings or to spare your guilt? If it isn't working then yes you should be happy.
