shell, mobil 1, castrol and valvoline?

synthetics are always best
castrole usually tests better than conventional oil but mechanics usually prefer Valvoline in there own cars

mobil 1 all the way we run it in the race cars with alky witch gets in the oil and is a varry dry fuel and we run them at 10500 rpm's all the time and we have ran motors for 3 to 4 years like this and still look like new when we pull them apart

out of those Castrol Syntech would be my choice.

Well, Amsoil is the best. Mobil 1 rates just below that in terms of lubricity, and resistance to thermal breakdown.
