I absolutely adore it. ;)
Fits in with all the little Lauras and Laurens with an added sweet, old-fashioned charm. Definitely an underused beauty!

I'm not crazy about it, mostly because there's a strong chance she'd end up nicknamed Lori, which is one of those names that I just plain don't like.
Now Lorna doesn't *need* a nickname, so it may never come up. But it's kind of like my friend who named her kiddo Matthew and is ticked that people call him Matt. If the short form is there, odds are it will be used. So if having the lovely Lorna turned into the everyday Lori troubles you, I'd keep looking.

I personally love it. I grew up watching Young and the Restless soap opera and Lorna was my favorite character.

Sorry, I personally don't like it. It's really just the r and the n right next to eachother that throw me off. Maybe something like Lori would be better, or Lora. Larni maybe even. Hope this helps!

My first inclination was to say I don't care for it, but actually it is pretty classy. And nicknames could be varied- Lori, for instance, for people who think it's too old fashioned.
