I suggest you put some effort into finding her a different home if you can't have her back. By the sounds of it you have sold your pony to people that have no idea how to keep or care for a Horse, which I feel you are responsible for. They don't sound like very nice people - they have had problems with the animal (which I agree is obviously to do with the pony being unhappy in it's new surroundings) and now they just want rid. I don't think Trading Standards have much power over the private sale of a horse because at the end of the day they are unpredictable animals (they can't come with a guarantee). Seeing as you've 'bought something else' now I think you should talk to the owner and come to some sort of agreement where you assist in re homing the animal. And in future you should take more consideration in who you are selling your animals to!

Why do you ask questions like these? They aren't funny. If you're truly an adult and I were your husband, I'd have some concern for you. Stick with real questions and you might find some better answers.

Oh my God! This is the funniest question I have seen today!!!!!! :)))) Thank you for making me laugh.
Here is an idea - next time you go to the shop you stand in the middle of the aisle and start stamping your feet and pouting your lips and crying... And then it is getting louder and louder and then you fall down the floor and hit the floor with your thumbs and sceam - I want a pony!!! NOW!!!
I am sure he will agree to buy one for you after that. :)))))))
