Most things are more soluble at higher temperature. Gases are an exception. That is why you can see bubbles of air coming out of solution when you heat water to just below the boiling point. Some solids are also exceptions. For example, calcium carbonate is even more insoluble in hot water than in cold. There is no easy rule for predicting these exceptions.
