Not as often as I probably should. I would rather be shot in the a** with hot-cracklins than to apologize. So on the rare occasions that I do, it's usually in a sarcastic tone with something like this: "if there is any way that I can apologize enough, please let me know." There. I did it. I apologized. It's over. Do you think they feel better now?

Depends, are you sincere in your apology? You can say I'm sorry till you are blue in the face and not have it accepted if you are not sincere.
A good book to read is Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People". In it he says that you should immediately apologize emphatically looking the person straight into the eyes. Don't email an apology, don't write a letter, see the person face to face.

Apologize at least twice. But you should also try to make up for what you did. (whatevr that was) and be really nicce to that person or whoever the heck it was?!?!?!
Sometimes you need a little morre than an "i'm sorry"

well not at all if i did not have run ins with my siblings at the end of any argument with them it seems they are always tryna to be in pleasing eyes to me its just that i never had the opportunity to try and please my mom i had to fend for me, and do what keeps me strong but they always making decisions that dont make sense to me so because my mom residesd with me, every so often!

Always...I get my kicks out of pulling practical jokes on people..many of them dont share my humour!!(but I just cant help myself..I'll apologise then go & do it again!)
