The Labour Party as a whole do not like the Armed Forces and would love to see a British defeat hence the poor support they are prepared to give to those acting on the behalf of the government

we spend more than any other country in europe on arms I believe it is something like 500 pound per person a year. we could spend that on health, public transport, etc. we don't and why so that we get to sit next to america at the big table. we are not a super nation, we do not need this army, yes I would be happy to strip them down and as far as defenceless. defenceless from whom??

Just how much ordnance does a country need? If we have enough to blow the world up do we really need to spend such inordinate sums of money on more??

Why is it a disgrace?? Politicians don't visit me when I'm sick!! Surely anyone who joins the armed services is aware there is a risk of injury, they are paid to do a job the same as the rest of us, it's not like they are drafted.
