My god people are watching too many commercials. "Red bull gives you wings?" Yeah, you will run around like a crazy monkey for 10 minutes and then you will want to fall asleep where you stand.

Stamina cannot be increased by drinking a particular drink or eating any particular food. It can only be gradually increased by training oneself be it dancing, singing, physical exercises, swimming, cycling etc. For this to happen one needs to increase concentration by being focused on the goals to be attained.
