Judaism was formed first as the first major monothesitic religion in ~2000bc. This was followed by Christianity which was really formed a bit after Jesus' death. And Islam is last at about 700ad.
Within Christianity, Catholicism was the first denomination. Christianity was originally Catholicism (and Orthodox but ignore that). Protestantism was formed by Martin Luther in the 1500s in Germany. And Jehova's Witnesses are a denomination of Protestantism, thus they were established last in the 1870s in the United States.

Judaism, Christians and Muslims all take their foundations from the Old Testament - so they were all the same at that time.
Jews do not believe that Jesus is the Saviour and the Son of God ( I think I'm right!). But they do accept that Jesus lived and see him as just another prophet.
Protestants and any faction away from Christianity, including Jehovah's Witnesses could not possibly have been formed first - they are later additions to religions that they simply did not agree with - ask Henry Tudor VIII.
My personal feeling is that you shouldn't be asking which was formed first but why they were formed. For which, I would suggest was that people were not happy with what they were being told to believe in. So, they made up their own tenet and called it something else!
And while you are on the subject - another thought! The Jewish community and of course Christians accept that Jesus was a very real person. Read portions of the New Testament again! Raising a man from the dead, turning water into wine - that sort of thing. Isn't what we call Witchcraft suppose to be one of the oldest religions?

Judaism was there first, then Jesus arrived and started christianity I don't know when Mohammed appeard but he took the Bible changed it and create Islam from it. Protestants arrived with Marthin Luther, in the middle ages, he was chocked by the abuse of the catholic church and decided that their should be only one authority, that of God and the Bible and not what the priest said. The Jehova Witnesses are new, the 1800 I think, some guy had a vision and decided to found his own religion also based on the Bible but I think they have a different book too
But of course if you ask a Muslim or any other they will tell you that their God created earth and that they were first....

Catholicism came first, then the Protestant Reformation, and the Jehovah's Witnesses came into being in around the 19th century.

You have already put them all in the correct chronological order. Well done !
Reasons - Jews existed before the historical Jesus (he was himself Jewish). The prophet Mohammed, founder of Islam, was born in the first millenium CE.
Roman Catholosism was the official religion of the Western Roman Empire after its official adoption of Christianity. Protestantism was a much later offshoot of Chritianity, originating in Germany. Jehova's witnesses are a recent invention.
I agree that if we could consign all this superstition to history, the world would be a much better, more tolerant place.

Judaism is the oldest of those three religions. Jesus was a Jew, as were most of his early followers. Christianity therefore came after Judaism. Mohammed, who founded Islam, was born around 570-571 AD - therefore nearly 600 years after Jesus. QED.
Catholicism came first. Protestantism was founded in the 16th century by Martin Luther, who was objecting to what he saw as the corruption of the Catholics.
The Jehovah's Witnesses were founded by a man called Charles T. Russell in the 1870s.
