Good question as always Aussie :)

ok , I always want to help anyone, so if i noticed that my friend is need a push or just want an advice or I can do something to make him better, then , I do whatever i can for him .

for example , one of my Friends , he is not working and stay in home , and when i ask him what did u do abt that ? he answers " not yet , but i will soon " , I told him u will say that everyday till u die , come on , move and go search for work , he told me there are no work and the situation of Egypt and Blablabla.. , I told him blame urself , bcoz all ur friends are working now , so if there is something wrong , its with u .

And he start to search and visit companies to ask for vacancies , and i wish him a good luck.

ya , i can change, bcoz i also want to change , everyone needs help from others ,

there is a Chinese quote i like it alot , it says " Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime "

Sure i am number one who encourage some one in my group but when it comes to the real time, he or she is more productive than i am!

Well, i'm talking about the group where a project or some job tasks must be done. There are 2 ways to encourage a person.

First, if he is weak or feeling weak and feel his work is not good enough compared to others, so i talk with him slowly and in a calm way. Why do you feel so? We are all equal in the group, and no one is ever better than you, just take a break and start focusing again, everything is going to be alright. If you needed any help, we all will help you.

The other one, is the lazy person, who is not giving his effort from day one, like keeping the job tasks and work right before delivering. This one i blame but not negatively, i'll tell him; i like your job plus you are a smart person, so why don't you focus now instead of wasting your precious time? Set you priorities, i dont want excuses, set your job as your priority, then do what others told you to do. If you have a will you'll have a way so want this to be completed or not? He'll answer yes i want so but...., OKay take a short break then lets sit together to see what do you exactly wantto be done okay?

Sorry for making it wrong but you asked for it, okay no excuses by making it long but i had to explain how do i take actions with those, am i gonna be a good manager one
day??

I don't believe we can ever stop growing in these areas. I encourage others to be more positive by being positive myself, giving compliments and pointing out all the things I appreciate...even the little things. If that doesn't work, my 357 usually does the trick!

you can not control anyone but yourself.
be content with people as they are.

people do not like to be pushed
but all like to be pulled.

when you move,
all others become aware that they are standing still.

when you are moved by inspiration.
they are moved by you.

whatever you want for another, first take it upon yourself.
like a pair of boots, walk a 100 miles in it,
before you tell another to put it on.

while words are easily refuted by many,
action is undeniable.

make a choice, take a stand,
when you lead through action.
others must follow.

believe that you can achieve anything,
and heaven and earth shall be yours.

ambitious men may succeed or fail, but in their actions, they wear the mantle of greatness. and in idleness it is lost.

great men may be loved or hated, but none may question that they did move the earth and the heavens, in their time.

I take all the persons as they are....and try to encourage others, only if they ask for help.
Many pple has problem of selfsteem, and for me, that is the main problem. Pple like that often are shy, insecure, and try to hide behind another pple that seem to be brilliant.
But reality is not always like that.
Most of the times the shy and hide pple is nicer than the bright ones. They need only the opportunity to believe in themselves, to be listened, to be heard, and to be loved. I think that this is the best way to encourage others, most of the times, words arent needed.
All of us need some of that things in many moments of our lives

I tend to have the natural ability to skew people's outlook on life....I help them look into themselves and give recognition to the positive side of things; play with their rational side of the brain...give them a sense of hope....all while being aware that it is ok to accept the negative side of things as well.......

Once they have hope or can see the "light" at the end of the tunnel....they seem reborn with a sense of confidence....a sense of purpose....

it's all about outlook. I tune my radar in for anyone around me who is hunting for all those reasons why we 'shouldn't bother trying', or have a 'can't achieve anything on our own' attitude and try to persuade them otherwise.
My self-delusion is usually more powerful than theirs! Lol!
