If you forgot that it was someones birthday and didn't at least wish them a happy birthday how can you say I'm sorry?

Hmm take her out to eat? Wonder isf she will be in the Philly area anytime soon and accept? Hmmm LOL. :) Send her a present is another great idea but I only know the state she lives in and is one of my football teams nemesis. :)
