Finally Free
Finally Free is an incredible new PERMANENT hair removal system that painlessly and permanently removes unwanted hair from anywhere on your face or body.

Using patented radio frequency technology - Finally Free kills your hair at the root - by sending a cool dry wave through the hair and destroying it's ability to regrow. This incredible system works on BOTH Stubborn individual hairs and WHOLE Sections of Unwanted hair.

This patented technology is unique to Finally Free, beware of imitators whose systems are not proven or effective. Finally Free is clinically proven as effective as electrolysis without the pain, redness or scarring.

Before Finally Free, there weren't any good choices for hair removal...

Laser Hair removal, after all that cost, the best they can offer is "long lasting" hair removal, that's because all the clinical data they have done does not support the claim of permanent hair removal. Only electrolysis and Finally Free can support that claim. And do you want a stranger going anywhere near your body with a laser?

Electrolysis.. Anyone who has had electrolysis knows there isn't a good place on your body for a needle. Ouch! Again, why would you want a stranger going there? Redness, possible scarring.. do I need to say more? And, Finally Free is just as effective so why put up with all the pain and expense.

Waxing, Shaving, Depilitories...we all have gone that route. That just isn't something I want to keep doing and doing and doing.

Those rotary coils... that rip your hair out at high speed... you don't want to be going anywhere with that except the drawer. Double ouch! And the worst part, after all that pain, your hair grows back again, just to pull it out again. Painless sounds better to me.

Only Finally Free Ultra offers Painless, Permanent Hair Removal that is clinically proven as effective as electrolysis, without the pain, redness, or scarring. The results of clinical studies were so astonishing they were peer reviewed (other doctors reviewed the data for accuracy), verified, and published. These are real independent clinical studies.

And the best part about Finally Free, it works anywhere on your body, legs, underarms, face, back, bikini, chin. So, if you came searching for a better hair removal method for your face or bikini, once you have permanently removed that hair, you can move on and permanently remove hair from your legs, or underarms...anywhere you have unwanted hair you want gone for good!

I also would say waxing is a great way for long lasting hair removal.
I read a post or two that said they still get stubble after waxing. You might, but it does take a while, usually a few weeks it to appear - if at all. If its happening like a week later, then the only thing that I can think of is this. When waxing, it is important to use a good quality hot wax. The wax adheres to the hair better when its a good brand, preferably a professional grade of wax. And this will give you a much better end result - smooth, hair-free skin that should last for at least several weeks before any regrowth is noticed.
Sally's has some good waxing supplies, and they sell complete starter kits for fairly cheap (I think I saw them for like under $60), which include the wax warmer, a 14 ounce can of wax, muslin strips, wooden applicators, lotions, and a few other goodies. These supplies are also available online. I found that Amazon.com has a rather large assortment of both waxes and waxing products available. For those who DIY, it will cost less in the long run to buy a complete home kit - warmer and all - than it would be to buy the basic kits from drug stores.
Also, the strips must be removed properly.
So, use of a wax of inferior quality, or ripping the strips off incorrectly - or both - can result in some, or all of the hair breaking off at the surface of the skin instead of the entire hair coming out. This would cause stubble. The idea of waxing is to remove the entire hair, root and all. This is what makes it last for so long because the entire hair has to grow back, and this takes time for it to do since it has to start from scratch, so to speak. And since the hair is removed completely, the follicle gets a little damaged each time you wax. And this is why the hairs grow back thinner each time you wax. Although they won't stop growing, their growth rate slows quite a bit over time.
Well, that is my understanding at least.
When I wax, the hair does take much longer to grow back. Also, the hairs that grow back are quite a lot thinner than they used to be. I don't get any stubble. I do get an occassional ingrown hair though, and nothing more than that.
So yeah, try waxing!

You will always got stubble, it is just where the hair is growing back. Try waxing or using hair removal cream though, it lasts longer and reduces the stubble.

you are always going to get stubble no matter what because hair grows every night, your best bet is that you should look into hair removal. I heard that that works really good. waxing doesn't always work because one of my friends does that(i don't know how because i tried and it hurts) but she still gets stubble. Yeah it takes a little bit longer to get it but she still does.
