I don't think that has happened to me,but yes it would kind of annoy me,although I wouldn't show it I would comeback with a tactful reply without being rude.

Well,thank God a cashier has never commented on my buying yet but is she doesm then she gets the dosage of her medicine...actually Im not like that, maybe I will just ask her to suggest better groceries next time and with her around I will shop more...I will do more the reverse psychology not to embarass her, after all they need their jobs.

It's annoying. I think the ones that do that are making a desperate attempt to be friendly but going about it badly. Really, is it any of your business that I bought two bags of salad on sale or bought 10 TV dinners because they were 10 for $10.00?

Hmm she bring up a valid point. Maybe you shouldn't and maybe because she said that you wont buy it next time. I think she may like you because she's trying to improve you next time you go in you should ask her out.

i understand what you guys are saying but come on. how much time do you spend talking about things you see at work? do u get angry when an i.t guy comments on your computer or an off-duty dentist says something about your teeth?
yeah, of course if they make a comment about your physical appearance that's bad tho. if it's a negative comment.

I hate that, it makes me feel bad. It is none of there business what I am eating. I usually get is that good? Or how can you eat this? Sort of stuff.

Yhea I do. I had one ask me if i dyed my hair because it was a strange color which was sun bleached and the guy behind me said why you want to know color she uses dude
