as you probably looked at my other questions, there is this boy who has helped me and been there 4 me when ever i needed to talk, he is a good mate and thats all really.......well......as a gift i think i should give him something to say thankyou...but i dont want him to think ' oh my god...what a crazy person' or i dont what him to think anything wrong about me....should i leave it and carry on the way things are?

Does he like reading? He may appreciate a book. Find out what sort of thing he likes. He won't think you are crazy, just give it to him, and say you appreciate his friendship and advice. If you give him a book, then inscribe 'just to say thank you' inside.

Or if he prefers music, then a cd.

I think that is very sweet.And there is nothing wrong with giving a friend a gift just to say thax for being my friend

I think it's unnecessary to buy him something. Just give him a little card saying what a great friend he's been.
