Never been in a relationship yet but in the future, it would be so much better if we don't divorce since it will be painful for both of us.

Sure have and I just read a book about and for women about dating divorced men and it convinced me that I am a loser for another marriage or even dating. I am 66 now and mired in consumer debt so I have nothing of monetary value to add to a relationship. I am a committed hermit. I do not regret my divorce but I still love my ex and pray for her every night. Was married 27 years no less!

My only regret was that the divorce was dragged out for 5 years, and I lost a house, a business and my livliehood.
I am now in very serious debt.
Other than that, my only regret is that I didn't have her bumped off.

Not yet, but I'm working on it!!! (currently separated & the divorce won't be final until this spring) -- So far it has been the best (and ONLY) choice to be made!
