It depends on if he can get an erection. If he cant, then you can still be artificially inseminated with his semen, and have a child that way.

Yes, if his erectile function is not affected and if the medications that he is taking are not dangerous to the sperm. He may find his duties as a father a bit difficult if he doesn't recover his full function (he may not be able to play with them for example). Discuss with his doctor. Good luck.

I believe so, however, once you're pregnant or the babies been born you have to consider the issue of whether he'll be able to help look after it or God Forbid even be around. Good Luck.
